Terms of Service
Your account
You must be 18 or older to hold a HER OWN account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the household details you add.
What our agents do
HER OWN stages actions for your approval. Where you opt an automation into running unattended, you remain responsible for the outcome. We work hard to be accurate, but AI-generated drafts, briefs, and suggestions should be reviewed before you rely on them.
Not professional advice
HER OWN provides coordination and logistics support only. It does not provide medical, legal, tax, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional.
Connected accounts
When you connect a third-party service you authorize HER OWN to access it within the scope you grant. You can revoke access at any time. Your use of those services stays governed by their own terms.
Subscriptions and skill packs
Memberships renew monthly or annually until cancelled, and you can cancel any time from the billing portal — access continues to the end of the paid period. Individually purchased skill packs are licensed to your account and are non-transferable.
Acceptable use
Do not use HER OWN to harass anyone, to break the law, to impersonate another person, or to process data you have no right to process.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product grows. Material changes will be emailed to you before they take effect.
